hibition. Ladies of the community

Bill Speir, of Brussels, was a vis-
itor in the ,community on Friday,
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Coultes
have returned from a. visit to Clin-
ton.
Mrs, Nora Moffatt is taking a
six weeks music course at Western
University.
Mr. and Mrs. Burns Moffatt and
Brian and other relatives attended
the wedding of their son, Keith, to
Margaret Jamieson at Port Elgm
on Saturday.
Miss Norma McMinn of Toronto
spent the holiday week-end at the
home of her sister, Mrs. Arnold
Lillow.
Mr. and Mrs, Jim Darling and
Mr. and Mrs. Harry Darling of To-
ronto were holiday visitors with
Stanley Darling.
Lyle McKinney, of Northcliffe,
Mich,, visited Mr, and Mrs. Charles
Bosnian last week and all spent
a day with Mr. and Mrs. Cecil
Griffiths at Guelph. Gordon Mes-
ser and David Bosnian were there
as well.
Mrs, Glenn Terry and Jayne El-
izabeth, of London, visited Mrs.
Nora Moffatt on the holiday week-

enjoyed an extended motor trip

DELMORE
The Women's Missionary Society
of Delmore Presbyterian Church
held its August meeting in the
church school room on Thursday
afternoon with 12 ladies and three
children present.
The meeting opened with a hymn,
followed by the Scripture reading
by Mrs, E. Jeffrey. Mrs. James
Darling read the story of Mary
Magdalene and Mrs. A. Jeffray
led in prayer.
The roll call was answered with
an item of interest from the Glad
Tidings., Mrs. William Darling
gave an interesting review of books
written by Dale Evans Rogers and
others. Mrs. Kennedy gave an in-
formative talk on the organization
of the Presbyterian Church, com-
paring the similarity of the ladles
auxiliaries with that of the church.
The meeting closed with a hymn
and prayer by Mrs. Mundell.

days this week visiting with rela-
tives in Sarnia.

a patient in the Wingham General
Hospital, was moved to Victoria
Hospital, London, on Thursday,
