'A bus load of Beigrave Institute members and their friends journey- ed to Midland on Tuesday for their annual bus trip. Parents of children fom 4 to 13 years old are reminded that the Bible vacation school starts in Knox United Church on July 17. This event will take place from July 17 to July 28, excluding Sat- urday and Sunday, starting at 9 a.m. every morning and running to 12 noon. All the children of the community are welcome. Visitors last week with Mrs. Cora McGill were Mr. and Mrs. Alec Styles, Billy and Patsy, of Mimico, and Mrs. Margaret Lowry and Fred Lowry, of Dundas. The house was nicely decorated with pink and white streamers and bells, and baskets and 'bouquets of summer flowers. The guests were met at the door by Mrs. Procter and Ruth, and Mrs. Bert Alton, mother of the bridegroom. Pouring tea during the afternoon and evening were Mrs. J. Wilkins, grandmother of the bridegroom, and two aunts of the bride, Mrs. Harold Procter and Mrs. Charles Hopper. Serving tea during the afternoon and evening were Mrs. David Elphick, Miss Mary Alice Armstrong, Mrs. John Spivey, Mrs. John Nixon, Miss Helen Ann Arm- strong and Mrs. Brian Prescott.
