Firemen discussed the problems
of procuring, carrying and type of
equipment that Would be used in
rescue work. A few conscientious
citizens have wondered why the
'brigade does not have a jump net,
One of the reasons is a brigade of
this size, and being volunteers,
would find it difficult to, use this
equipment effectively. Much 'prac-
tice and full-time training is essen-
tial for the use of rescue equip-
ment. Another reason, • Our fire
pumper is now loaded to capacity
with equipment. The only ans-
wer to the problem is another ve-
hicle and garage facilities to house
and carry all extra equipment.
