At ' Council Meeting WHITECHURCH — Mrs. George Fisher, Mrs, Russell Ross, Mrs. Garnet Farrier and Mrs. Victor Emerson attended the Kinloss council meeting on Monday at Kin- lough, and the council agreed to assist in the installation of the water system in the Memorial hail here, OFFICERS ELECTED FOR RECREATION WHITECHURCH---A good repre- sentation of interested folk in this community met in the Memorial hall on Monday evening to organize committees for baseball and other summer recreation. In the absence of the president, Thomas Morrison, Mrs. Victor Emerson presided. Midget and bantam groups of this community were champions last year and William Henry, treasurer, reported $47.00 on hand. They decid- ed to enter four teams this year in the WOAA with a $10.00 fee for each class. The following officers were elect- ed: President, Thomas Morrison; 1st vice, David McDonald; secre- tary-treasurer, Keith- Colyer; as- sistant. John Aiteheson; committee board, 'William Henry, E, W. Bee- croft, Wesley Tiffin and Mrs. D. Willis; the managers: Juvenile tntm, Joseph Tiffin, Mrs. Cecil Falconer; bantams and pee wees, William Purdon, E. W. Beecroft, Keith Colyer, David.
