AUXILIARY RALLY FORDWICH--- The April meeting of St. Anne's Guild was held at the home of Mrs. William Sothern with the vice-,president, Mrs. jack King, presiding. The hymn "Abide with. Me" opened the meeting, fol- lowed by the Lord's prayer, Mrs, Lyle Simmons read the Scripture lesson and Mrs, Bruce Armstrong was in charge of the study brook. Eighteen members and two visitors answered the roll call with a verse with the word "rejoice". Mrs, Catherine Adair, widow of Victor Adair, passed away on Ap- ril 19 in Victoria Hospital, Lon- don, She was a daughter of the late John and Catherine Suther- land and was born at Beaverton, December 1, 1891. She attended school at Argyle, Ont., and on April 16, 1616 was to Mr, Adair at Orillia. They moved to Molesworth` in 1940 and came ,to Wingharn in 1955.
