nose operation on Thursday at the
Stratford General Hospital, He re-
turned to his home on Sunday and
is making a rapid recovery.

Goderich, returned to her home
here on Saturday,

ship Club held its March meeting
at the home of Mr, and Mrs. Jack
Ferguson with Mr, and Mrs. James
Inglis , assisting.
The meeting opened with a
hymn "Lead Me to Calvary!' The
Scripture was given. by James In-
glis, followed 'by •a reading by Mrs.
Inglis entitled "The Alabaster Box,"
Mrs. Jack Ferguson led in pray-
er. The guest sneaker was Dr, R.
Creighton, of Clifford, Dr. Creigh-
ton addressed the meeting, the sub-
ject being "Preventive Measures
for Maintaining Good Health."
The meeting closed with the
hymn, "Must Jesus Bear His Cross
Alone." A contest was held and
lunch concluded the evening,
and Evelyn, and Mr. and Mrs, Egon
Fehr, all of Oshawa.
Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Heim-
becker and family, of Noustadt,
visited with Mr. and Mrs. Elmer
Greenly on Sunday.
