Village Squire, 1977-08, Page 31THEATRE Phillips continues his vision of Stratford's future Rumours persist that Robin Phillips will be leaving the Stratford Festival soon but he still continues to pursue his vision of a year-round, multi -media drama centre in Stratford. That dream took a step closer to reality last month with the unveiling of plans for a new addition to the Festival complex. The addition, called Stage One, will be attached to the Avon Theatre at Brunswick and Waterloo Streets and will be at the back of the present theatre building.
