Line a pie plate with pastry and bake for 5 minutes, Saute the onions in bacon fat. Put the onions, crumbled bacon and grated cheese in the pie shell, combine the eggs, cream and seasonings and pour over the top. Bake 450 ° F. for 10 minutes, then 350 F. 15-20 m inutes.
