photography and she intends to make more
use of photography in her work much as she
would use a model. Photography greatly
increases the subject matter that can be used
• in her work, she says.
And her work, of course, is what is
important. She admits that interviews are a
strain, that if it wasn't that publicity helps
sales and therefore helps increase her meagre
income, she wouldn't want to have any part of
them. And so she breathes a sigh of relief
when the pen and notebook are put away and
she can sit down with a cup of coffee for a
more informal chat in the livingroom of her
renovated home. Her home in the country,
and her work, the things that really matter.

HOW TO MIX NON INSTANT
SKIM MILK POWDER
4 ounces (weight) or 3/4 cup of non -instant skim
milk powder will make 1 quart (40 fl. oz.) of Skim ,
milk.
16 ounces (weight) or 3 cups of non -instant skim
milk powder will make 1 gallon (160 fl. oz.) of Skim
Milk.
For best results let milk stand overnight in the
refrigerator.
DRY ACTIVE YEAST
1/2 ounce of Dry Active Yeast is equal to 31/2
teaspoons.
This is the equivalent of 1 ounce of compressed
yeast.
Dissolve Dry Active Yeast As Follows:
1 tablespoon dry active yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup of warm water
