The Blood is Strong, a musical comedy about the joys and heartbreaks of pioneer life, billed as "first-rate theatre" by the London Free Press, plays August 10 and 13. Shape, a musical comedy offering an absorbing story set in the 1932 olympics by Festival actor J im Schaeffer, will finish the season with performances on August 11,12, and 14.
