Pat and Ernie Good and girls of Goderich visited on Saturday at the home of Tony Schlosser, Ed Lippert and Ann Simpson spent a weekend at Sturgeon Falls where they did some boating and fishing. Lucknow pounds Milclincty 30-4 Lucknow started the W.O.A.A. playoffs by beating Mildmay 30 4, Lucknow 30 - Mildmay 4 Clint Murray pitched for Lucknow and struck out nine, walked eight and allowed four hits. Chris Stevenson had four hits, Brad Rhody and Duayne Porter had three hits each, Justin Murray, Chad Stanley, Steve Porter and Clint Murray had two hits, each and Jason Stanley had one hit. Lucknow .9- Mildmay 2 On August 13, Lucknow went two games up on Mildmay by beating them 29 - 2. Chris Stevenson pitched five innings and allowed one hit, eight walks and struck out 11. Clint Murray finished the game by walking two batters and striking out two. Duayne Porter, Chris MacDonald and Clint Murray each had three hits. Justin Murray, Chris Stevenson, 'Brad Rhody and Jason Stanley had two each and Chad Stanley and Jim Miller had one hit each.
