The family and consumer affairs committee were in charge, namely Noma Campbell, Edna McDonald and Winnie Fisher. They served a delicious dessert and tea. The opening Ode was sung with Mary MacGillivray at the piano. The Mary Stewart Collect was repeated by all. Ruth Bogues, the president welcomed all and read a poem on Spring. The rollcall was answered by twenty-five ladies with a good habit for health and happiness. Edna McDonald presented her with a gift. Noma thanked all for taking part and presented Wilma with a small token. The Queen was sung to close a most enjoyable afternoon.
