The Lucknow Sentinel, 1986-02-05, Page 3All enjoy January thaw
For a week everYone enjoyed the
Januafy thaw. Although it was not as
extensive as it could have been, it did help
to get rid of some of the high banks along
the sides of the road. But now we have a
fresh supply of that beautiful white stuff,
and a lot of the winter sports that had to be
cancelled last week all seem to be coming
up now in the near future. Good luck to all
you winter sport fans and may, you enjoy
the snow.
Elizabeth Wilkins of Toronto and
Kenneth Wilkins of Ridgetown were home
on the weekend.
On the weekend Wellington and Kae
Webster had their two sons, Cecil and Jim
Webster of Waterloo, and their son-in-law
Atlee Wise and his friend, Jack Arnold of
Richfield, Ohio at their home. Jack and
Atlee came up to do some snowmobiling,
but due to the lack of snow Atlee and Jim
attended a hockey game in Kincardine.
Jack and Cecil went elsewhere to seek
enjoyment Friday evening.
On Saturday afternoon Wellington, Kae,
Cecil and Jim were in Goderich and visited
with Norma Young.
Charles and Mayme Wilkins and Herb
and Marie Wilkins of Ashfield Township
were in Sudbury on the weekend to attend
the 50th wedding anniversary of Charles
and Herb's sister and brother-in-law, Ken
and Lou Weaver.
The weather was pretty good for their
trip up, but on their way home they ran into
foul weather at Whitechurch and it was bad.
then through to Amberley.

days recently in Palmerston with Bruce and
Louise Millar and boys.

of Stratford, took her to dinner at the
Embassy Restaurant in Kincardine.
On the weekend Barry and Betty Jones
had Betty's sister, brother-in-law and
nephew, Paul, Shirley and Colin Hatch of
Barrie as visitors.

did lose one game.

Did you know that a person with only Canadian dividend in-.
come can earn up to $40,000 and pay no tax?
The Bolton Tremblay Income Fund is an excellent investment for those who require a steady
flow of tax advantaged income.
The Fund concentrates on after-tax return mainly through investment in dividend producing
shares.
The dividend tax credit makes $1 of dividends equivalent to a much higher amount of interest
income. The amount depends on the province of residence and the taxable income bracket.
(For example, an individual with $30,000 of taxable income in Manitoba must earn $1.54 in
interest to match the after -age benefit of $1.00 in dividends.)
Sold under prospectus. Available through Bolton Tremblay or authorized dealers.
