First you have to find a big
turkey. Then you have to shoot it.
You will then have to cut off t. he
head and the feet. Then soak it in
hot 'water.
After you have done that you'll
have to pluck it. You will have tb
take out the heart, voice box, the
guts, the liver and the stomach, but
you can save some of the liver for
the stuffing. 1 wouldn't want to put
liver in my stuffing would you?
Then wash the turkey up. After you
have washed it, set it in a pan and
put the stuffing inside of the turkey
and gently put it in the oven. Put
the temperature up to about 350
degrees.
When it is done, take the stuffing
out of the turkey and put .it in a
bowl. Then carve the turkey and
you will be able to eat it:

Ama uta Taylor, LCPS.
First you go out and get the
turkey at a fart. Then you go
home and wash it. When it is
washed, you stuff the turkey with
bread. Then you cook it in the oven
at 350 degrees for a few hours.
When it is done, you carve the
turkey. Then you cat it.
Lori Blake, LCPS.
At many special holidays we cat
turkey. We usually put dressing in
the turkey. I don't like dressing that
much. I only like the turkey. To
stuff a turkey you make a dressing
out of pepper, bread, onions, and
poultry seasoning. After you make
the dressing you put it in the
turkey. Then you cook the turkey in
a big black pan in the oven. While
the turkey is cooking you use a
baster to suck up turkey juice and
squirt it over the turkey. When the
turkey is done it is brown and looks
delicious. 1'hope you enjoy your
turkey feast this holiday.
David King and
Adam vanderVicen, LCPS.
Do you know how to stuff a
turkey with stuffing in the middle?
Some people think it- is easy and
some people think it is hard, but I
think it's easy.
This is how it's done. You buy a
turkey. You buy the stuffing. You
have to put the stuffing in the
turkey. It might be an unpleasant
experience and it might be cold but
that its how it is done. Serena, St.
Joseph's, Kingsbridge. .

Christmas In Germany
In Germany Christmas is
celebrated differently than in
Canada. In Germany all the
children receive candy and other
sweet snacks on December 6th from
St. Nick. St. Nick also collects the'.
children's Christmas list that tells
the presents the children want to get
from the Christkind. Christkind
never does appear in person, instead
he sends out Werchmachismans
(Christmas Man) who gives out
presents to everyone on Christmas
Eve.
The tree is usually decorated with
lights, tinsel, and other Christmas
ornaments.
Also, cakes called Libkuchken are
made in various shapes and sizes.
The cakes are used to decorate the
tree. Conor McDonagh and .Mike
Wyndham, LCPS.
Chile
In Chile their diet is mostly bread,
beans and potatoes. They eat little
meat but many kinds of shell fish.
Chile celebrates their various
religious holidays with parades and
festivals. People in Chile dance, to
honor the Virgin Mary. All of 'the
Chileans who dance in the festivals
and parades belong to their own
band. Jamie Aubie and Chris Har-
per, LCPS.
For all the world to share,
simple joys of a country Christmas.
