Ontario in Hyde Park which has
been established and growing for 21
years. It currently has an enrollment
of 250 students comprised from 11
Christian denominations as well as
some children without church af-
filiation: Both schools•operate under
the belief that the Bible of God's
truth and final authority.
Since private education is funded
entirely by private donations and
student tuitions, families with
children enrolled in two private
schools -both elementary and sccondauy-
pay tuition to both schools. Of-
fering a complete educational pack-
age for kindergarten to O.A.C.
eliminates this problem while still
allowing flexibility: enrollment can
begin or end in• any grade.
An attractive aspect to the Chris-
tian Academy of Central Ontario is
the debt -free concept by which it
operates. The Bluevale property
was purchased with cash received
from plivle dim Futher experiditLi s -
both capital . investment and
operating budget- will proceed
solely with cash -on -hand. No
money will be borrowed for expen-
ditures.
Some building materials have
been donated- a steel superstructure,.
exterior brick, and gravel- and a
few tradesmen have volunteered
their time. September 1995 is the
target date for academic enrollment
at the Christian Academy of Central
Ontario.
