Bereaved families, friends remember deceased children
Bereaved parents, family and
friends of the Dungannon com-
munities were brought closer
together for the second ycar when a
good crowd attended"' the Angel
Tree Lighting at the Kinsmen Park
last Friday night. Debbie Bauer
welcomed everyone and introdticcd
Rev. Alex McGilvery of the Dun-
gannon•Union Pastoral Charge who
officiated., During the service flash-
lights lit up the darkness. Crystal
Crowley read "A child Lent" and
Debbie Bauer read "How Great the
Yield".
The mulles of 69 deceased
children of the community were
read, each represented by the
lighting of a white bulb on the
Angel Tree. Red bulbs were lit next
followed by yellow, green and blue.
The star symbolized a strong and
shining beacon to light the
children's pathway home to the
heavens. Red bows were tied on in
friendship which shall remain stead-
fast now. and forever. The Lord's
Prayer was recited and Betty Lou
Dalton led in the singing of "It
Cants Upon the Mid -night Clear
and "Silent Night."
The tree will serve as a living and
growing monument to the children
in our community who have died.
As the tree grows, so too will the
anticipation of seeing our children
again.
Everyone was invited to the
Senior Citizen Centre for a time of
fellowship:Interested parents signed

PLAN OF THE WEEK r— --
- PLAN NO. U-884
NARROW FAMILY HOME SUITS CORNER LOT
by M. TYNAN r
Copyright 1994
An angled entrance and a contoured design for the upper floor make this
home interesting to view from the front and side and consequently suitable for
a corner lot. "
Enter through double doors into a spacious foyer open to the second storey.
French doors lead into a formal living/dining area which offers a cozy gas
fireplace, feature windows, and another french doer which leads from the dining
area into a gourmet style kitchen. The chef in the family will enjoy the handy
work island, the efficient u -shaped work area, and plenty of cupboard and
counter space: A large family room, open to the kitchen and nook, provides a
comfortable atmosphere for informal gatherings.' The den, set apart from the
main traffic areas, would make an ideal home office or study room.
Upstairs, all three bedrooms are a good size. The master features a five piece
ensuite with a raised swirl tub. The games room, complete with a closet and a
three piece ensuite, could be used as a nanny suite.
Plans for U-884 may be obtained for $425.00 for a package of five complete
sets of working prints and $39.00 for each additional set of the same plan.
Allow $15.00 extra to cover the cost of postage and handling (B.C. residents
add applicable sales tax to plan total) (All Canadian residents add 7% GST to
plan total plus postage and handling).
This is one of our new designs. Many innovative plans are now available in
our home plan catalogue for $13.85 including postage and handling and 7%
GST.
Please make all cheques, money, orders; and Visa or Mastercard authorizations
payable to: Tynan Features c/o Lucknow Sentinel Plan of the Week, 13659 -
