in marriage at the Sacred' Heart
Church, Teeswater, on Sept. 10,
1994. Father Eugene Solecki
officiated. Danielle is the

pert, of Teeswater. Kirk's parents
are Harvey and Pat Livingston, of
Lucknow. Paulette Lippert of
Point Clark, the bride's sister,
was the matron -of honor. Brides-

Kennedy of Wingham, the bride's

charged with assault for making
threatening gestures with scissors at
another teacher.
The youth appears in Young
Offenders' Court in Walkerton on
Nov. 14.
An 18 -year-old Wingham woman
was charged with driving with an
open container, of alcohol on Oct.
28 at 9:05 p.m.
She was stopped ata RIDE check -
on Concession 6 and Sideroad 30,
Kinloss Township.
Twenty-six full bottles of beer
and three part bottles of beer were
seized.
A 19 -year-old Teeswater man was
chargedwith possession of a nar-
cotic and driving with open liquor
after being stopped at a RIDE
check on Concession 6 and
Sideroad 30, Kinloss Township on
Oct. 28. .
At 10:16 p.m., police seized three'
plastic cups with alcoholic
beverages in them.
While searching the driver's coat
for more alcohol, officers found a
plastic hag which contained
marijuana.
A 23 -year-old Ashficld Township
man was charged with drinking and
driving after O'PP received a report
of an impaired driver, at Mr. C's
Donuts in Kincardine.
On Oct. 29 at 2:05 a.m., officers
arrived. and found the man in a
pickup truck parked outside the
donut shop.
The man was arrested and taken
to the Kincardine OPP detachment
where he failed a breathalyser test.
A 36 -year-old Walkerton man•
was charged with driving with open
liquor and given a' 12-ho'ur suspen-
sion after passing through an Oct.
29 RIDE check in Kinloss
Township.
At 7:28 p.m., officers heardbot-
tles rattling around in the man's
car.
They seized five part bottles and
seven full bottles of beer.
The driver was given a roadside
screening test which registered a
• "warn," resulting in the 12 -hour
suspension..
A 17 -year-old Huron Township
youth was charged with underage
.drinking after 'being stopped on
Russell Street, Kincardine.
The youth admitted to having a
few drinks and was given, a. road-
side screening test.
The test registered a "warn" resul-
ting in a 12 -hour licence suspen-
sion.
