Notice is hereby ,given to all persons in possession (A-
land,
fland, in accordance with the Weed 'Control Act. R.S.O.
1990 Chapter W5 Sections 3. 16 and• 23 that unless
noxious weeds growing on their lands within the
Municipality -of The Village of Lucknow are destroyed by
date of June 10. 1994 and throughout the season. the
Municipality may enter upon the said lands and have

land, as set out in the Act. •

Nancy Thompson of the. Wingham Cubs and Bares hits one
into the air at the Red Barons' Co-ed Ball Tournament last
weekend. The Bares were the A winners. The A runners up
was Body Glove, Blyth. The -B win went to Pioneer, Lucknow
area, followed by the Red Dawgs, Lucknow area, as 8
runners up. Proceeds from the' tournament go to minor ball.

Keep cool at the ' pool'
While the weather doesn't show
it, summer is fast approaching and
that means swimming pool time.
The Pool. Coordinator- for this
summer is Shauna Andrew. She is
looking forward to an exciting and
hopefully warm summer at • the
pool.
Other familiar faces you will see
around the . pool are ` . instruc-
tor/lifeguards, Vanessa ' Alton,
Tanya Sutherland, Sharon Askes
and Lori Exel.
New faces at the pool this sum-
mer are Adella Andrew, Amy
Sutherland and Tasha Mayer.
Two session of swimming lessons
are being offered beginning on. July
4, and Aug. • 1. Each ,session will
run for three weeks.
Registration fees are: $50 for one
child, $70. for two children, $90 for
threeand. over three is $110:
Daily' admissions are $1 • for
students and $2 for adults.
Season passes for swimming are
$40 for one child, $60 for two,
teenagers $50 and a family is $100.
Some of the otherprograms being
offered this summer include Bronze
Medallion, Bronze Cross; preschool
lessons, swim team, Adult Swim,
Aquafit and Junior and Senior
Resuscitation.
