Bill Armstrong, a former Huron County Junior Farmer, presented the Bill Armstrong A ward to Clin- ton Junior Farmer Larry Plaetzer for his involvement and ac- complishments at various levels of the Junior Farmer Organization. The award was presented at the Huron County Junior Farmer An- nual Banquet.
