Lucknow meets Kincardine
in Pee Wee playoff series
Kincardine came to town Satur-
day night to play the first game of
the round-robin PeeWee house
league series.
Lucknow came out playing pretty
well against a very hard-hitting
visiting team. In the fust period,
Lucknow had several good rushes
into their opponents zone, but was
unable to light up the scoreboard.
In the second period, both teams
spent considerable time in the pen-
alty box. Lucknow put considerable
pressure on while having the man
advantage, but couldn't find the
weak spot between the Kincardine
pipes. At the end of the second,
Kincardine led 2-0. -
PEE WEE
Kincardine continued to make
good on their man advantage times
in the third period. Lucknow spent
considerable time in Kincardine's
end, but in the dying minutes of the
game Kincardine scored two more
goals to win the game 4-0.
Each line made some good plays
during the game which combined
with some good goal tending led to
a much improved outcome from the
last time these two teams met.

Pee Wees
played great
in Chesley
series
The Peewee "A" team came up
against a yery tough Chesley
team in fust round playoffs.
Lucknow played the fust game
in Chesley and won 3-2.
The team trucked downtown
for the second game with hopes
to finish them off. By the third
period Lucknow was ahead 3 to
0. Chesley fought back tremen-
dously hard and won 4 to 3.
The third game in Lucknow
was a humdinger to watch. Right
off the bat in the fust, Ean
Moffat blew the pants of the
Chesley goalie, assisted by
Jonathan Chilton. Chesley scored
once as well and that's how it
stayed until the dreaded 10 min-
ute overtime. '
One minute' into the overtime
Chad Freeman stunned the
Chesley goalie on passes from
Craig Moffat and Brent Cameron
which earned a gigantic
Lucknow cheer. The downer
came when Chesley scored twice
around the 1:58 minute mark.
That was the end of the. game.
Although despondent, the team
had played excellent hockey.
Getting put out in the first

round with Howick. We won
with awesome fashion 5-2. Goals
were scored by Ean Moffat, Tim
Yissor, Chad Freergtin, Craig
