bank. This Christmas shop is well
known for its many handmade
Christmas decorations and wall hang-
ings. There are large velvet Christmas
stockings, lace Christmas trees and
wreaths, little wicker doll bassinets as
well as attractive window displays.
This shop has a very "personal"
touch. The Swedish goats also have a
tale. Inquire about them when you
visit. Across the road is the Harry Ten
Shilling Tea shop with scones, Devon
cream, steak and kidney pie and
home baking.
The H B Outpost in Southampton
also features handmade decorations
done on the premises. Cone and nut
wreaths, and candle centrepieces
made for the shop by the Bluewater
School are sold here as well. Twelve
inch choristers, small bird feeder
decorations, door knob covers crystal
bells with real clappers, and Christ-
mas wind chimes are among the many
items for sale.
Have you ever visited the Christ-
mas Place at Grand Bend on Highway
21 South? You'll find a good selec-
tion of music boxes, attractive Christ-
mas tablecloths from Brazil, small
wooden ornaments and toy soldiers,
red white and green knitted Christmas
stockings both large and small,
wrapping paper by the yard and fat
old-fashioned candy canes.
