The Rural Voice, 1983-12, Page 46Cranberry Crunch 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup flour 1/2 cup butter. 2 cups cranberry sauce (jellied or whole) Mix brown sugar, flour, oats and cut in butter with pastry blender until crumbly. Press 1/2 the mixture into 8x8x2 inch greased pan. Spread with cranberry sauce and cover with re- maining crumb mixture. Bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or serve cold as squares. Cranberry Orange Relish 4 cups cranberries 2 oranges, quartered 2 cups sugar Wash cranberries. Put through a food chopper with medium coarse blade. Put through oranges (skins and all). Mix well, adding the sugar — No cooking required!
