"Student support was the key," says Kathy Biondi, Department Head, Communications & Continu- ing Education, CCAT. Biondi says that every subject and every course was presented, from Agricultural Business Management, Food Services Management, Consumer and Com- munity Studies, and Animal Health Technology. There were food presentations, skits, and films and laboratory demonstrations.
