If attendance at an annual meeting is any indication of support, the Normanby Federation of Agriculture should be considered an organization with strong member backing. Don Hill, newly -elected president of the Grey County Federation of Agriculture, brought greetings from the county saying, "The Federation is your organization, one of the good voices farmers have." He encouraged members to take an active role and express their concerns and opinions to the federation. Two key issues at Wilford has been travelling throughout Canada and the U.S. observing the crisis in agriculture and finds the situation much worse in the U.S. than here. He finds that isola- tion is a problem in both countries because many farmers feel it's hap- pening only to them. Bob Brusso, president of the Nor- manby Federation of Agriculture an- nounced that he is ending his second three-year term as a director because directors are allowed only two con- secutive three-year terms. Brusso has been president for the past three years and during that time has been very in- strumental in promoting the federa- tion's credibility.
