FRUIT -PORT TARTS 8 Targe baked tart shells 500 mL fresh or canned, drained fruit 30 mL custard powder 15 mL sugar 125 mL milk 25 mL cornstarch 50 mL sugar 125 mL water, or syrup from canned fruit 125 mL Ontario port whipped cream (optional) Mix custard powder with sugar and gradually stir in milk.
