You'// be seeing some of Sarah's work in future issues of the Rural Voice Sarah Schuessler, 14, of Bornholm, the new cartoonist in The Rural Voice, is already a veteran at the cartoonist's art. She has drawn a series of cartoons to illustrate a book written by her father, freelance author Karl Schuessler, on the art of public speaking. Mr. Schuessler, who freelances for CBC radio, is the man who taught a course on writing skills to OFA members in Huron County. Although Sarah is largely self-taught when it comes to cartooning. next year. when she attends Upper Thames Secondary School in Mitchell, she hopes to take some formal art lessons.
