The Canadian government already has a rationing system set up to meet any such emergency and the agriculture industry has a high priority. Mr. Moffatt, speaking at the Farmers' Week at Ridgetown College of Agricultural Technology said he had already heard a rumor ration books were printed up, the same as in the last war. Whether or not the Middle East situation worsens, Mr. Moffatt said he doesn't expect the price of gasoline to change before spring, but a three -cent to five -cent rise by June 1 is predicted.
