Competition In order to compete for the title of Ontario Pork Hostess, the girls have to either make a two minute speech relating to pork or do a one minute commercial on pork. Also, the girls are interviewed by judges who are looking for their knowledge about pork; poise, appearance, how they delivery their speech and how well it's put together.
