TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Kinloss passed By -Law N:. 1O1989 on the 5th day of SeptembeT, 1989
under Section 34 of the Planning Act, 1983.
AND TAKE NOTICE that any person or agency may appeal to the On-
tario Municipal Board in respect of the By -Law by filing with the Clerk
of the Township of Kinloss not laterthan the 23rd day of October, 1989,
a notice of appeal setting out the objection to the By -Law and the
reasons in support of the objection.
An -explanation of the purpose and effect of the By -Law describing the
Lands to which the By -Law applies, has been provided. The complete
By -Law is available for inspection in the Office of the Clerk during regular
office hours.

Being A By -Law To Amend By -Law No. 7-1981
As Amended, Being The Zoning By -Law Of
The Corporation Of The Township of Kinloss
Was Passed Under Section 34 s The Planning Act 1933
The puroese of Bylaw No. 1D4989 is to amend Comprehensive Zon-
ing By -Law No. 7-1981 Of the Township of ,Kinloss by deleting 'Subsec-
tion 41:3 and -replacing it with a new Subsection :8.3.
The effect of By -Law 'No.. 1D4989 is as follows:
Presently, Subsection 133, which -regulates the use of ex-
isting lots in ApricUltural Zones, -requires a separation
distance of 700 :metres (211).0 feet ) 0I-tween structures
-containing livestoOk or poultry (or liquid manure storage
facilities) and detached residential -dwellings to be
established on existing lots.
Py -taw No. 101989 replaces Subsection 133 and permits
any nonresidential use permitted in theapcilimble zone.
BY -Law No. 10-1989 also permits non-farm residential
-dwellinigs on ;existing 'Jots in Agricultural 2 -ones provided

tained . The required separation .clistance is based upon
the greater -of the number -of animal units, within the

AgrWood Week is here again. This is
an annual harvest celebration across On-
tario. It is celebrated every year the
week before Thanksgiving.
This year in Bruce County several ac-
tivities were •planned. The County
Agricultural Awareness Committee
organized a Media Day held September
22. 13rigid Pyke, President, Ontario
Federation of Agriculture and Bob Krupp,
owner, Krupp Grocery Store, Kincardine
were guest speakers.
A mall display is being organized for
Thursday and Friday, October 5th and
6th at Sutton Park Mall, Kincardine.
Volunteers from various commodity
groups will be at the mak .to provide
samples of their products and answer
questions about agriculture.
In 'addition to Agri -Food Week, the
Bruce County Agricultural Awareness
Committee tours the County with a
display promoting Bruce County and On-
tario grown farm products. This display
has been in several grocery stores in the
County.

Crime Stoppers of Grey Bruce are
seeking the public's assistance in the in-
vestigation of the following thefts.
The Kincardine detachment of the ,On-
tario Provincial Police report that
sometime between the .2nd and 3rd of
May, 1989an orange wirite„ Gilson

garden.
Between July 1 and July 4, 1989 a fac-
tory equipped Chev Delco
AM/FM/Cassette was stolen from a
damaged vehicle parked on Mon-
tgomery's lot.
Between.the 3rd and ith of July, 1989
a Luc area residence was broken _in-
to by person(s) unknown and two
children's piggy banks, a jewelry case, a
small quantity -of large costume jew,elery
and a chain bracelet were stolen.
Vo date none of these culprits have
been apprehended nor has any of the
stolen ,property been recovered.
