Jefferson - Foran
Mary Ellen Foran and Gerald Jefferson
were united in marriage on July 1, 1909
at St. Augustine Chatholie Church. Mary
Ellen is the tlaughter off John Forst' and
the late Sophie Foram. Gerald is the son
off Eilleen Jefferson, R. 1, Belgrave and
the late 'Wesley Jefferson. Maid of -honour
was Margaret 'Foran 'off London, with
'Rosemary Foran, off R. 1, Lucknow as
bridtsmaid. : 4'al 0 was Jim Scott ofD.

acted -as groomsman. Ringbearers were
William Drennan off R. 2, Auburn and
Jerrod Auger off SwairRiver, Manitoba.

carried out ihellowergirl duties. The cou-
ple honeymooned In Nattvllle and now
reside at R. 2, Auburn.

Colwell has been working part time at
MacTavish in Lucknow this sum-
mer. In addition lie 'helps out at home,
and is 'building his muscles baling straw

Erin Johnstone, 14, is a part time clerk
at?Beckers Milk this smmiter. Erin is a
made 10 student at F.E. Madill Secon-
dary School. In ,addition to working with
the public, Erin does 'babysftting.

Michele Cross will attend grade 11 at
Madill'oSeCondary School in the fall.
`Michele, 15, is a part time life guard at
the Lucknow swimming pool. Michele
keeps a careful eye on users of the local
pool.
Fourteen year old Mandy Peek is super-
visor at the Lucknow Playground, where
she entertains young people in the mor-
ning with arts and crafts. Mandy enjoys
working with Children and the elderly,
and wefts all year with Meals -on -Wheels.
The Colwell Picnic was held in
'Iansdown:Park on Surtday. -Bruce Colwell
conducted a short meeting. Everyone en-
joyed the ,games.
