A new sign for the Kinloss Township
Municipal DrildinE which houses the
Women's Institute room and the
Township clerk's office was discussed
with the .permission of the Council.
The July meeting will be the annual
picnic with Edna Boyle and Mary Scott
directors.
The Farmer's Wife, a cute play on a
TV set today in Bruce County was
presented-Iby-Iniarlene iMeEwarr (nar-
rator) and farm women, Betty 'Bushell,
Bessie •Maniden, Betty .Smith and Lor-
raine MacPherson and it brought a lot
of laughter. was an exchange of
plants.
Agnes Hodgins served a delicious
lunch following the dosing of the
meeting.
On Sunday ,June 4, the Presbyterian
(Thumb marked its .126th anniversary.
Both morning and evening services were
in charge of the .Rev. William Baird.
Guest speaker was Pastor Don Vair of
Belgrave. Lorraine MacPherson was
organist, with special lumbers by the
'choir ,and duets by Pastor and Mrs. Vair.
They were most .inspiring services with
luncheon following.
At the Pentecostal church on Sunday
morning, 'd and Connie Bakker had
their baby daughter dedicated. Connies
father, Herman lguging, Who is a patient
in 'Wingham and District Hospital WAS
able to attend. Following the service the
men. of the congregation ;prepared and
served 41 barbecued meal which everyone
enjoyed along with a :time of fellowship.
