The team travelled to Listowel last
Wednesday only to find a lack of of-
ficiatl ig. After a one hour delay a
linesman appeared and Lucknow took on a
formidable looking opponent as Listowel
had 17 players to the team's mere eight.
Since the game was late the teams
played three 10 minute periods with a five
minute break on the ice.
Lueknow played hard and always had to
catch up on Listowel, but managed to tie 3
3.
Gavin Hunter scored for Lueknow in the
first as he stole the puck at the blue line for
an unassisted goal.
In the second period with Listowel ahead
2 - 1, Vince .Sticklend put one onto Darren
Andrew's stick. Andrew made no mistake
as he netted the tie goal.
Listowel moved ahead before the end of
the second, but tenacious work in the cor-
ners and behind the net resulted in tieing
the game.
Vince :Sticklend netted the tieing goal
assisted by Gavin Hunter.
The two teams walked away with a point
a piece.
Lueknow has six wins, two losses and
two ties for a total of 14 points with two
