The Lucknow Sentinel, 1988-11-30, Page 9Wee ones baptised Intended for last week On Sunday, November 13, there were four baptismals at the Pine River United Church: Christine Elizabeth Clifford, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Clifford; Melissa Annamarie Courtney, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Courtney; Candice Lee MacNay, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Steven MacNay; and Justin Daniel Van Dyke, son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Van Dyke. Congratulations to these wee ones and their parents. Charlie and Mayme Wilkins visited in Paris on the weekend with their daughter, Barbara Wilkins. Saturday evening, Kae, Jim and Cecil Webster visited with Murray and Gertie Henderson. On Saturday October 19th Charlie and Mayme Wilkins were in Kitchener to at- tend the graduation exercises for their son, Bill. Wilkins when he graduated from Con - OCHALSH by Kae Webster estoga College with the Residential Building Supervisor Degree. Congratula- tions Bill. On Saturday evening, Kae, Jim and Cecil Webster visited in Kincardine with Shirley and Scott MacLennan. Visiting with Elmer and Edna Culbert for a couple of days recently was Edna's sister Mrs. Anne Cochaday of London. Dorothy Finlayson spent a few days in Toronto recently with her.family. Charlene Jones of Guelph spent the weekend at the home of her parents Barry and Betty Jones. The Owen Sound police force report that sometime between August 31st and September 1st, 1988 a theft of video equip- ment occured at the Atlantique Video and Sound store at ,the Heritage Mall, Owen Sound. Person (s) unknown entered the storage area, at the rear of the store and removed the following articles: a Sanyo VCR Model No. VH119100, a Sanyo VCR Model No. VHR9230, apd two Sony Com- pact Disc Players ModerNo. CDPM35, It is believed that more than one person was in- volved in this theft. The value of the stolen articles totalled RIME STOPPERS 1-800-265-3787 approximately $1,500 and the person(s) responsible have not been identified as yet.
