Agricrews and Jr. • Ag's Keeping Busy Both of O.1Vl.A.F.'s Summer Experience - Programs, the Agricrew and the Junior Agriculturalist Programs, are keeping several young people between the ages of 15 and 24 busy on Bruce County farms this summer. One Agricrew is based in Walkerton and one in Kincardine and they both cover most of Bruce County. The Agricrews may be booked up to August 19, with booking dates for farmers still available from late July onwards. Young people may still apply to'to work on Agricrew. Both farmers and students may make inquiries at 881-3671. As of June 28, there were nine farm families in Bruce County hosting a Junior Agriculturalist, an urban youth who lives and works on the farm for 50 days during the summer. All nine host farmers seem to be reasonably pleased with their novice farm hands and the Jr. Ag.'s seem to sleep well at night after their new experience with hard work. 401011111118111111111101 jby Jean Ross HITECHURCH Mr. and Mrs. Joe Ducharnie of Goderich visited on Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Elroy Laidlaw.
