Fran's mother is a patient in University Hospital, London. Jack and Janet Farrell spent a few days with George and Janice Miller, Rachel and Colleen at Thorndale. Bill and Bernice Burt and Terry, Joyce and Jenifer Farrell spent Thursday evening with Don and Ann McCosh. Best wishes to William Robert and Elva Lowry, who celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday in the Ripley Legion Hall. Katherine Collins, Marilyn Reid, Deanna Scott attended "Looking ahead" a health conference held in Port Elgin on Saturday. Sympathy is extended to the McGillivray family in the death of Ed's grandmother, Mary McGillivray, London. Al Martin, Kathy and Jared, Kitchener visited on Sunday with Kathy's parents Jack and Janet Farrell. Congratulations to the Jr. Farmers for the excellent turkey dinner they served at Reids Corners Hall. Kathy Macpherson and friend from Inger- soll, Don and Ann McCosh, Adeline Martyn were Saturday night dinners guests with Rev. Glen and, Mrs. Macpherson. Wilfred and Diane Gamble and Jeff from Fergus and Tracy Campbell, London, Allan and Alice Gamble and Glenda, had Sunday PURPLE RQVE dinner with Marion Gamble. Bette McLeod visited in London with Dave and Freda Owen, also in Strathroy with Peter and Nellie Van Dam. Christopher Cale had a super tour and visit at the Ripley fire hall, with the Ripley Play School children. Maureen Collins, Jennifer, Angela and David; Jack and Janet Farrell, Sarah and David, attended a family event, "Hope for the Future" Sunday in the Parish Hall, Kincardine. Colleen was attended at the altar by Janet Watterworth, Goderich. Terry was joined by Groomsman Dave Dawson of Leamington. Ushers for the ceremony were Paul Zinn of RR2 Lucknow and John Adams of Windsor. A reception for the happy couple was held following the ceremony at the Lucknow Community Centre where the bride and groom greeted well-wishers before heading to the Bahamas on their honeymoon. Col- leen and Terry now reside at RR2 Lucknow. GIBSON-HARRISQN Beverly Harrison and Brian Gibson were united in marriage in the Lucknow United Church on March 12, 1988, by Rev. G. McFarlane. Bev is the daughter of James and Marlene Harrison of Goderich and Brian is the son of Donnie and Dianne Gibson of RR3 Lucknow. The bride's attendants for the ceremony were Kim Cooke of Goderich, Michelle Sib- son of RR3 Lucknow and Debbie Ritchie of Blyth. Tabatha Stright of RR2 Goderich acted as flowergirl while Joshua Lansink, London, performed the duties of ringbearer. The groom was assisted by Leonard Lan - sink of London, Bryce Ritchie of RR3 Lucknow and Kevin Ritchie of Blyth. A reception for the happy couple was held at the Holmesville Community Centre.
