The judges for the competition, Rev. G. McFarlane, Mrs. Marian Zinn and Mrs. Karla Hogan, were given a very difficult task in making their decision as all sixteen speakers made excellent presentations to the audience which filled the hall. When all was said and done, the first place winners, were, in the Grade 4 to 6 category, Adella Andrew and in the Grade 7 to 8 category, Tanya Sutherland. These two students will now advance to the Zone Level competitions to be held in Clinton this Saturday.
