OonstrUction of a proposed 2,000 .sq. ft. existing renovation of
existing kitchen and replacement of existing hall roof. Constnlctign
to be wood frame, Masonry,. slab -on -grade, 4' foundation wall end
steel roofing Building• will be .completely finished inside, with
options•forflooring and cabinetry site work and site drainage will
. ba tendered with the building. Proposed site. is located on the East
end of the existing: Arena and Community Hall.
When submitting the tender, the following will be required;
-10% 614 Bond or Certified Cheque. "
-50% Labour and Material and 50% Performance Bond' will: be.
. required prior to award of the project OR 10% Certified Cheque
kept as a security'depposit until substantial completion.
