Enters float in Ripley fair
The classes from Ripley -Huron Central
School put a float In the Ripley Fall Fair
parade. We had several students par-
ticipating in the exhibition square dancing.

Dinosaurs Alive
The Ripley Branch of the Bruce County
Library is sponsoring a show called
'Dinosaurs Alive' in the Ripley -Huron Cen-
tral School on Oct, 8. Thia show incorporates
actual dinosaur fossils and live reptiles in-
cluding a four foot long crocodile, a 00 pound
alligator, snapping turtle, lizards and
snakes.
There is free admission and parents and
pre-schoolers are welcome to attend,

On Thum,Oct, 6, the cross country team
will be paricipating in a meet at Bruce
Beach, We will be leaving at 12130 p,m, and
returning at 3130 p,m, in time for students to
go home on their regular buss, Parents are
most welcome to attend this regional Cross
Country Meet and watch their children par-
ticipate, If parents do attend the meet, feel
free to take your child home with you from
