were in charge of the
Christmas meeting for
the Three Ripley Units on
Dec. 5 at 8 p.m. A good
attendance turned Out.
The program and
devotions were in charge
of Mrs. Douglas'
MacDonald with Mrs,
Dan MacDonald helping.

MARTHA [INGRAM]
BONNETT
Martha Bonnett died at
Pinecrest Manor . Nursing
Home, Lucknow, on Novem-
ber 29, 1978 following a
lengthy illness. She was in
her 94th year.
She was born in Morris
Township on December 2,
1884, a daughter of the late
Frank Ingram and the late
Emma Such.
She is survived by her
children, Norman Erb, For-
mosa; Laverne Cooper, Luck -
now and Gordon Erb, Luck -
now; 12 grandchildren and
21 great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by
her first husband, Jessie
Bateman whom she married
in 1902 in Morris Township;
her second husband, Israel
Erb whom she married in
1911 at Walkerton and her
sang many lovely
numbers. They were
accompanied by their
teacher Mrs. Ian
McDonald.
Rev. Jim Bushell read
the Christmas Stpry of
Christ's birth.
Readings were given
by Mrs. Don Paquette -
Christmas songs; Mrs.
Douglas McDonald - Sing
about the Shepherds;
Mrs. Ronald Irwin - Sing
about the Angels ; Mrs.
Del Stanley - Sirig about
the Manger; Mrs.
Graham Cook - Let's sing
third husband, Charles Bon-
nett whom she married in
1948 at Bervie.
She was also predeceased
by four children, George
"Bateman, Frank Bateman,
Florence White and Harold
Erb, and three grandchild-
ren.
The funeral was held on
December 1, 1978 at 2 p.m.
from the MacKenzie and
McCreath Funeral Home,
Lucknow where Rev. Doug
Kaufman of the Lucknow
United Church conducted the
service.
Pallbearers were David
Wharton, Winston Gibbons,
Orville Thompson, Harvey
Cooper, Ronnie Graham and
Carl Hooey.
A pillow of flowers was
carried by her great grand-
daughter, Carol Ferrier.
Spring burial will follow at
Greenhill Cemetery.

dedicated. Grace was
played by Mrs. Martyn.
Lunch was served by
the committee in charge:
Mrs. Stewart Brooks,
Mrs. Graham Cook, Mrs.
Ivan Cook and helpers;
and a social hour was
enjoyed.
