GRADE 1 & 2
Mrs. Johnson's class has
been studying about apples.
They have learned the names
• of many apples and found
many different ways of using
them. They cut the apples
open and took out the seeds
and planted them. On day
they made apple sauce and
they had it for lunch the
following day.
Our class has also been
studying about the "First
Thanksgiving", They have
learned that the Pilgrims
made friends with the Indi-
ans and had a huge Thanks-
giving feast. They made
stand up Pilgrim boys and
girls, a Thanksgiving booklet
and turkeys.
