Chew Club was held on

of Mrs. Archie Purdon,
Jan& Laidlaw, president,
opened the meeting. Lori
Ann Jamieson read the
minutes.
The discussions led by
Mrs. Elliott centered on
Carried Lunch, How to add
life to the lunch, Safe and
sound health in the kitchen.
Kendra Purdon demon-
strated Peanut Butter and
Apple spread, Janet Laidlaw
did Peanut Butter and Carrot
spread. Lorie Purdon did
Potato cheese chowder,
Leaders Mrs. Elliott and
Mrs. Purdon did the white
sauce. Mrs'. Purdon demon-
' strated using the melted fat
method and 'Mrs, Elliott
showed the : method using
cream fat.
All the above foods were
sampled and opinions were
