Lenses and lights form the most important part of the lighthouse. The outer casing rotates
around the light bulbs and the lenses at either end focus the light into a ',harrow beam. The
sideldsonade of sheet metal, one on either side, prevent the light from going in just any
direction. The light is switched on and off by automatic timers.
