A ZONING BY-LAW BY THE
CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP
OF KINLOSS PURSUANT TO
SECTION 34 OF THE PLANNING
ACT R.S.O. 1990
TAKE NOTICE that the Councll of the Corporatlon
of the Township of Kinloss passed By -Law No. 35-
1996 on the 16th day of December, 1996 under
Section 34 of the Planning Act, 1990.
The purpose of By -Law No. 35-1996 is to amend
the definition of 'Detached Dwelling", by adding that
it does not Include a mobile home.
The complete By -Law is available for Inspection in
the Clerk s Office during regular office hours.
ALSO TAKE NOTICE that any person or agency
may appeal to the Ontario Municipal Board in
respect of the By -Law by filing with the Clerk of the
Township of Kinloss not later than the 13th day of
January, 1997, a notice of appeal setting out the
objection to the By -Law and the reasons in support
of the objection and the $125 fee (Payable to the
Treasurer of Ontario) required by the Ontario
Municipal Board.
