The early morning DJ„ with CKNX-FM radio says, "My music is an outlet for me to express the things 1 believe in. if one line of one song can be an inspira- tion nspirestion to somebody it has to be worth it. And if it can raise money to put socks on sorne poor little kid's feet in the winter, then that's even better" Roots and Wings is a followup to Main's first recording, All That Surrounds You, released in 1994, with Amy Bateman and Andrea Grant. The concert takes place at Wingham United Church, this Saturday, Oct. 26, starting at 7:30 p.m. Additional performances are by Grant, Bateman, Lesley Pike and an ecumenical men's group led by Neil Murray.
