West Wawanosh township council has -notified the
joint recreation" board it will not renew that;agreement`'
in its present format.
"The: issue is that before we sign the new agree
ment in September, we think there are some changes
that should bemade," says Wawanosh Councillor
Gord ,Hunt. in minutes from council's: Aug. 6 meet-
ing, a motion,.reads thaat:council proposes a cost-shar-
ing percentage :of: "usage ofeach sport based on;: the r.
percentage by each municipality."
Hunt says in the current agreement his municipali-
ty is charged 19 "per cent on the operating;expeases,:
and 25 :per' cent salary and capital items. "It is- our

1 don't think. you can get much fairer than that."'
