• PURPOSE .AND EFFECT:
This by-law purposes to permit a portable dwelling unit as another
type of secondary -dwelling within the AG1 (General Agriculture)
and AG.2 (Restricted Agriculture) zones of the Township of West
Wawanosh. There is concern that a single wide mobile home unit is
not always a reasonable form of accommodation. This portable
dwelling unit is intended to permit an alternative dwelling form,
without, the needfor a rezoning. The Zoning would allow a portable
unit or a single wick mobile home as a second dwelling unit, but, not
both.
A portable, dwelling unit shall not exceed dimensions of 73 metres
by 12.2 metres; shall not have a basement or cellar; and shall be
removed from the site once' no longer needed accessory. to the
agricultural operation. ;
The location of affected lands is all lands zoned AG1 and AG2 in the
Township of West Wawanosh. The location "map identifies, the lands
within the Township. `
Amending Bylaw applies. to all
lands zoned AG1(General
Agriculture). and AG2
(Restricted Agri+ulture)
