There is concern that a single wide mobile home unit is not always a reasonable form of accommodation. This portable dwelling unit is intended to permit an alternative dwelling form, without, the needfor a rezoning. The Zoning would allow a portable unit or a single wick mobile home as a second dwelling unit, but, not both.
