- Clinton downed the Greys 8 to 4 on June 14. Justin
IIro'wn recorded two doubles, Dennis Andrew a sin-
gle, le Jeff Andrew had two stolen bases, Lee "The
Roadrunner" Cranston also had two stolen bases.
Troy -McKenzie caught a strong game, and threw
out two Clinton players stealing.
Sharing pitching duties were Jeff Bauer, Justin
Brown and Kiel Fairish who struck out four in two
and a half innings.
Lucknow Reds
The Lucknow Reds played three games in the
Kincardine Mosquito tournament this past weekend.
In their first game against Mississauga. Tigers, a
Triple A team, Lucknw lost °14 0. The Tigers
scored five in the first innings,. one in the. second, two
in the third and six in the fourth to mercy. Lucknow.
Lucknow's pitchers issued 11 walks, struckout
three and allowed four, hits. Tiger's pitching staff
struck out three, walked no one and allowed two hits.
In the second game, the Red's outscored
Kincardine II; by a score of 24 - 5, scoring guns in all
innings: three in the first, nine in the second and 12 in
the third. Pitchers for the Reds allowed two hits,
issued five walks, and struck out three.
The third game saw the Reds lose it by a score of
11 - 7. The second inning was the downfall as the
team allowed Kincardine 1 to score seven runs.
Lucknow kept pecking away at the Kincardine pitch- '
els, but some fine defense shut down ,the Reds'
offense. '
Pitching .staff for the Reds issued seven walks, four.
hits arid struck ottt three.'
Next home game is Tuesday, June 25 vs, .Exeter.

The Lucknow Ticats
salvaged a two alltie

Legionnaires when they
played there on June 4.
