represented the Ministry at the. Secondary, level; Dr.
Archie MacKinnon, dean of education at Simon
Fraser University, Vancouver, let us know when he
visited us that he was from Kincardine; Harold Burns
of Lucknow usedto attend our northwestern principal
• meetings in Fort William; Ross MacDonald of
Lucknow and 1 were the two most highly paid princi-
pals in Ontario in `59-'60, Ross in Kapuskasing
Jubilee School and I with Dryden board -of education.
All these Lucknow area people helped me in many
ways.
And now I wish to tell you a little of the person
