Novice B Wild Things
The Wild Things participated in the Nornanby Novice
tourney on the weekend. The team held their own fortwo
periods in game one against Listowel and stayed within
two,:goals. Listowel came( out strong in the third to secure
an 8 to 4 win.
Lucknow's goals were by Mary Lou Van Meeteren, and
Blake Alton who scored a hat trick. Assisting were Scott
Blake and Van Nleeteren.
Lucknow .fans- were left on the edge of their seats during
game two against Wingham, who had the lead until the last
two minutes of, the game when Blake tied things up. After
two ,minutes sudden ;• death it was still a tie. Players were
reduced to four plus the goalie and Lucknow popped on in
