reduce incidents of vandalism at
'local conservation awes. •
In the past week, two ' conser-
vation areas;. Wawanosh Park,
located,along the Maitland River in
West Wawanosh 'Township, and
Pioneer Conservation Area, in -
Bluevale have been vandalized,
We would like ' to encourage
anyone with information about
incidents of vandalism to ;contact
the MVCA," said Dave Omni -nett,
Maitland : Valley Conservation
Authority, Director of ,Operations.
"If you see vandalism occurring
contact the OPP immediately," said
Mr.` Grummett:: "The increased
maintenance and.repair work caused
by those incidents is -a• real con-
cern."

At WawanoshPark, a day use and
camping area, damage done on the

included smashing the windows and
doors in the park gatehouse,

Conservation Area the dam was

flow through the dam were thrown
